Ablation and Injection Coding

I am trying to get info on coding for 3 procedure codes; 45388, 45381, and 45385.
Doc found flat polyp 15 mm in rectum. epinephrine inj. was successfully applied for hemostasis. Saline inj. applied for saline pillow, piece meal polypectomy performed using hot snare, polyp completely removed. thermal therapy device applied for ablation in the rectum, used soft coag current at 80 watts.
Doc seems to think we can bill for all 3.
What is correct way to code this? 45390 only? 45381 and 45385? or all 3?\
I'd appreciate thoughts on this.
