I just read that Medicare will not allow Obesity screening/counseling during a separate visit. So no 99213 for HTN with G0447 modifier 25. But it is exempt during the IPPE (G0402)

Does that go for the other preventive care codes - G0442 (ETOH Screen), CV Risk reduction (G0446), Depression Screening (G0444), and STD counlseing (G0445)?

I was trying to do all this in a combined super Medicare Annual wellness visit

G0439+G0447+G0442+G0446+G0444+99213+93000

I believe that many of the services you are listing are components of a wellness visit.

Also, unless it is the welcome to Medicare visit, there must be an indication for EKG. If it is the Welcome to Medicare Visit and you are performing the EKG, use the HCPCS code.

This site has articles about the topic. Look at CMS's site as well before you start reporting all of those codes together.
