abnormal pap

Hello,

I have a patient that had an abnormal pap stating high grade squamous intraepithial lesion in July 2010. We did a colposcopy that stated "cervicitis". The doctor fears that something was interpreted incorrectly and would like to do another pap immediately as the patient has a history of colon cancer. What ICD-9 code would I use to bill the repeat pap since there were 2 different diagnosis' and her last pap was so recent?
