Echocardiogram with agitated saline

HI,
My DR is recently billing echocardiograms with agitated saline. These are performed at the hospita, both inpatient and outpatientl. He believes that we can bill separately for the agitated saline/interpertation. I disagree and believe the only appropriate code is 93306/26 or if limited 93308/26.
