Two visits same day

If a new patient is seen in the morning, talks about a pain they have in the back sometimes however nothing is discovered at the exam, then later in the day they have the back pain, Dr. has her come in for urine test, finds blood in the urine examines her again, how should that be charged, just "up" the visit from the morning, or can you charge two seperate visits, (which i don't think so)? Thanks

two visits, one day

They need to be unrelated to be paid. If they are related, combine them.

If truly unrelated, bill them and be prepared to appeal.
