Medical Hospitalist at Psychiatric hospital

Please advise on coding Medical hospitalist would use for patient admitted to psychiatrist in psychiatric hospital
1. Initial medical h&p required for all psychiatric patients. Ex: pt. A presents admitted to psychiatry attending, medical H&P done by hospitalist in first 24 hours.
2. Consultation on patient previously seen for h&p now with new problem. Ex: pt. A has abnormal lab, psychiatrist orders consult
3. Follow up visit for the same problem consulted for. Ex: abnormal lab requires further testing and treatment, pt followed for results
4. Further consultation for new problem in previously seen patient. ex: pt. A develops rash, psychiatric writes consult order
