CPT® code assistance - skin entrapment/strangulation

Can you please assist with the CPT® code for the removal of clothing material that has caused entrapment/strangulation of the skin of the penis. There were no inscisions made to the skin, there were only injections given for pain tolerance.

Sorry, insurance does not pay for "undressing" a patient. It's included in the E&M code payment. Were the injections given into the penis? Yeow!
