is it allowable to bill 10140 & 12020 Dr. did incision and drainage 3.5cm hematoma and then sutured..my memory says no but I would like verification. thank you -

If you incise and drain a hematoma, seroma or fluid collection, use CPT® 10140. The incision can be closed primarily or be left to heal without closure.
