I was wondering if anyone knows a CPT® code for collection of PAP smear equivalent to Q0091?

Thank you, I was looking through that range of CPT® codes, and my concern was that they were lab codes and not collection codes.

They are lab codes. The collection of a pap is included in the visit charge, whether preventive, or a problem-oriented e/m (OV) for commercial ins. For medicare, same rule applies for a diagnostic pap.
