Does anyone know when and how the incentive payments for the e-prescribing will be made?

It takes time....
The 2007 PQRI payments were paid out in July, 2008, so expect the same timeline for the 2009 e-prescribing payments.

I agree with signaturedoc--the check is not in the mail!
As for PQRI, the reporting period ends 12/31/09. CMS will give us some time (I think 60 days) to submit claims, and then the payers will calculate the incentive payments based on claims submitted for the entire year received by the deadline. (I am assuming the date based on 2007 PQRI.)
