Modifier 50 on chest for both sides?

when coding chest xray for both sides of the chest, do we add modifiers LT and RT or just modifier 50?

The code describes the views taken, no modifier. A chest x-ray, example, PA and Lateral is both lungs.

One code, no modifier. The chest x-ray visualizes both lungs
