Intraoperative neurophysiology testing
The description for code 95920 is: Intraoperative neurophysiology testing, per hour (List separately in addition to code for primary procedure). My organization bills for a physician that performs this service while another surgeon performs the primary procedure.
The code description says to bill per hour. What if my doc does a total of 3hrs and 15 minutes of testing. Would he bill for 4 hours?
Does anyone have a Medicare reference for this?
Many thanks.
The best I can do is a Medtronic guidance

Medicare always seems to round from the half-way point so 30 round down, 31 round up.
