Cardiology Consult with PCI

A provider (Cardiologist) is asking to bill Consult with PCI (Percutaneous coronary intervention) who was requested by another provider (Cardiologist) to do on his request. Can this be billed?? and how to bill this, any modifiers required ... Please help asap.....
