nurse visit - filling pill boxes

There is a big need for some of our patients to help them with filling their pill boxes. Is this a service that a physician's office could offer and bill for? These patients are not home bound so we cannot get Home Health Agencies in due to Medicare guidelines. Would a nurse visit constitute this?
