Fluorescein Eye Staining

I've read there's not a separate CPT® code for this and it's included in the office visit. Does this mean we can't bill for the medication we put in the eye?

No you can not charge for staining of the eye, it is included in the OV.Fluorescein is not a medication. I think you are either talking about the drops or strips.
