EHR Signatures

In an EHR, if there is an order for admit to observation and under the "signed" column it say "yes", does this constitute a compliant, signed, admit to observation order? Seems to me, anyone can enter "yes".

I'm having a hardtime understaning what constitures a "signed" order in the electronic system.

Yes

if the "Signed" refers to an electronic signature by a physician. I can't imagine the EHR does not indicate who signed it. Can you right click on the yes and get details?
