G0431-qw Year 2011

I need help on the UDS as the description of G0431 has been changed in the year 2011 as previously we were using it for facility as clia waived test with QW, Due to change in description It is not fall under moderate complexity, Is any body can suggest appropriate code as the perfect replacement for it for billing to Medicare..

When a clinical laboratory that does require a CLIA certificate of waiver performs a qualitative drug screening test for multiple drug classes that does not use chromatographic methods, new test code G0430QW is the appropriate code to bill.

What you say If i bill G0434-qw - DRUG SCREEN, OTHER THAN CHROMATOGRAPHIC; ANY NUMBER OF DRUG CLASSES, BY CLIA WAIVED TEST OR MODERATE COMPLEXITY TEST, PER PATIENT ENCOUNTER.
