PLEASE HELP ASAP! Code 610.3 and Medicare

I sent in a Medicare claim from Dec 2014 and had 4 icd 9 codes and according to the ICD 9 2014 code book I used, all 4 codes were coded to the highest specificity. I called medicare and they said I would have to go to cms.gov website and put in ICD 9 code to see if correct. As far as I can tell, I put in the first code 610.3 fibrosclerosis and find nothing. That is the code they are saying is not coded to highest specificity? Anyone have any information?
