Controlled RX

Can anyone clarify if we can bill for a controlled rx? If so, where would we begin looking.
We have patient's that are seen every 3months for med refills and get 2 prescriptions (one monthly of the same drug)...EX: Adderall. Can we bill for each time we have to hand write a controlled drug?

no office visit, no bill. You are allowed to give 3 1-month prescriptions with the extra two stating "do not fill until" to the due date for filling per DEA regulations.
