Home visits and Assisted Living Facility urodynamics and PFR

Can a physician bill for pelvic floor rehab and urodynamics they perform during a housecall or assisted living facility visit? If so how would they bill for the portable ultrasound machine they would provide themselves? Would this be considered as professional component, or could they bill the global since it is our equipment and not the ALF's equipment?

Bill it all

If you own the machine and there is a code for global service, you can use it. If there is also a visit to address other issues, put a -25 on the visit and link to the proper diagnosis. I am assuming this is not a SNF where the facility is responsible for all non-MD services.
