If a patient comes back for a nurse visit only to have a repeat UA after a UTI and the nurse has to consult the doctor about the results can we charge a 99211?? Thank you

I would bill 99211 for the nurse's visit.

I think your key info is that this is a "nurse only" contact, with a "doctor consult" - nearly a perfect description of a 99211.

My question has been does the patient need to remain in office and get the results of the DR consult from MA or can the MA call patient and still bill the 99211?

You can still bill the 99211. The patient does not have to stay for results in order to bill that.
