EPF Exam or Detailed Exam?

Last Vitals:
BP: 133/65 mmHg|Pulse: 62|Temp: 98.2 °F (36.8 °C)|Temp src: Oral|Resp: 20|SpO2: 98 %

Physical exam:
General: In no acute distress
HEENT: sclerae anicteric
Lungs: clear to auscultation and percussion bilaterally
Cor: regular rate and rhythm, no murmurs
Abdomen: obese, soft, nontender, nondistended, no guarding, no rebound, positive bowel sounds
Extremities: no edema

I would say EPF. However some areas use a 2-4 EPF or 5-7 Detailed guideline. But I don't see any of the systems listed as deing detailed.
