Sleep Study diagnosis

Can anyone tell me if there is a payable diagnosis for commerical insurances including UHC for performing a Sleep Study 95810 or 95811 when the patient is referred to us because they failed their DOT physical? In most cases all we have is obesity and sometimes snoring. Not sure if the V71.89 Other specified suspected condition Thanks for the help.
