Botulinum toxin A

We bill J0585 (onabotulinumtoxinA, 1 unit) for Botulinum toxin A with 100 units and denied by Medicare due to invalid quantity of the procedure. This procedure is only for 1 unit the code for 100 unit of rimabotulinumtoxinB is J0587. May I bill J0587 for 100 units of Botulinum toxin A? Is there an other appropriate code? Please suggest Thank you!

A is per unit, B is per 100 units; you can't bill B if you gave A. Different drugs! Appeal
