New Bariatric Rose Procedure Coding

Does anyone have any guidance to offer on coding of the rose procedure? I know this will be an unlisted code, I am just uncertain what is the best option.
Thanks,

There is no code yet

BUT, you would never bill this without explicit pre-authorization from the insurer and they can tell you what to bill and how much they will pay (but don't hold your breath for payment from an insurance company!) If it cash deal then use the unlisted codes (Nancy?) for the paperwork.

What would your opinion be regarding using the 43659 v/s the 43999? We know we have to be cautious with guidance from device manufactures, but that was one of the options and was our initial choice as opposed to using the 43999 as that would traditionally be an open type procedure. It's really a shame that there is not an unlisted endoscopic procedure code.
