pudendal nerve study

can anyone recommend their best method for billing this?
we are using:
51792 LT 51-1 unit
51792 RT 59, 51- 1 unit
51785 59 -1 unit
51785 59, 51 -4 units

but half of these are considered noncovered. any suggestions? has the coding changed?
