PFT Denials

We have been billing PFT codes 94060, 94150, 94726, 94729, 94664 & 94375. But getting denials for 94150, 94664, 94375. As per CCI Edits all these services are inclusive of 94060. But, the doctor is insisting that these are separate.. Can anybody help me with an idea to get payment for all these services..
