Administration Code 90473 Reimbursement

I process the BCBS claims, and our office pairs a 90473 administration code with the code for Rotateq (code 90680). Is anyone having success getting code 90473 reimbursed by BCBS? On the EOB's I receive, it shows an allowed amount of $14.83, but no payment. It's denial code says that ClaimCheck shows it as an incidental procedure to another on the same day. Are other insurances paying this? Thanks!

Oral vaccine

If you also give a 90471, use 90474 for the oral vaccine. You can't have two "first" vaccine administrations.
