mental health encounter

If the primary reason a mental health provider saw a patient was for medication management but the encounter lasted 75 minutes, would this still be coded as 90862 or 90809? The last that I heard was that there is no time limit for how long the provider sees the patient when seeing him for medication management.

I work for a mental health clinic in the NYC area and when a psychiatrist spends more than 15min with a client, we usually use either 90805 or 90807 because there is more than med management being given.
