speed up reimbursement question

We are having difficulty with being reimbursed in a timely manner. Any and all suggestions of what we can do to speed up reimbursement would be great! I suggested that making sure the PIN on the claim form be entered. Thanks!

What insurer? What specialty? In network?

We bill all the major insurance companies (Medicare, BCBS, Mediacaid). I have suggested that we make sure the PIN, DOS, POS, are all on the claims. Looking for suggestions to keep in mind to check on later claims.
