46924: Destruction of lesion(s), anus(eg, condyloma, papilloma), extensive(eg, laser surgery, electrosurgery, cryosurery, chemosurgery) would be the CPT® code I would use since there were 14 papilloma lesions. If you do not think this is extensive and instead simple you would use CPT® code 46910.
