Billing a SNF visit and Injection

We are billing a 99308 and 96372 Medicare pays the visit for the SNF but not the injections, how do we get the injection paid?

try adding modifier 25 to the SNF visit,(99308) all E&M's should have modifiers attached if other procedures were performed during the visit as the procedure will not be paid w/out it.

I have the modifier 25 on the visit but each time the injection gets denied. So I am wondering since the visit was in a Skilled Nursing Facility is the injection not covered?

When the place of service is SNF and the patient is in a SNF stay, the administration code is subject to consolidated billing. The provider would have to be paid by the SNF. Medicare considers the administration to be part of the SNF payment.
