bilateral elevator palsy

I am stumped I cant find an icd9 code for bilateral elevator palsy. I keep going around in circles with this any help would be appreciated. Please e-mail me the answer @colleenrcoxmso@hotmail.com.

Would you use 378.60 or 378.9?

Vertical strabismus includes dissociated deviations, cyclovertical muscle anomalies and restrictive conditions (e.g., Brown's syndrome) as well as rarities such as double elevator palsy (Royal College of Ophthalmologists, 2000).
