Sinus Cocktail

Our physician’s have recently begun providing a Sinus Cocktail which includes, Cleocin, Gentamycin, Kenolog, and Xylocaine with Epi which they place in the sinus cavity for severe infections. Has anyone seen this and if so, how was it coded?

How?

Is this injected? Sniffed? Squirted? Done in the office or is it a compounded med they use at home?
