PQRS - Measure Group

Hello,

We are working on PQRS 2014 - Sleep Apnea Measure Group.

My doubt is that: whether it is compulsory to have Sleep Apnea listed as primary (or) is it okay if it is listed as secondary or tertiary for a particular visit?
