MCR immunization codes

If a patient comes in and has both the flu and pneumonia vaccinations how should I code the second administration? The commercial insurance has a specific code for second & subsequential administrations. Do I just follow the MCR codes of G0008 & G0009?

G0008 & 90568 = flu
G0009 & 90732 = pneumonia
