Where can I get a good "blurb" on billing a 82270 correctly. "After" you have collected the card as opposed to some who seem to insist on billing it when the card is handed to the patient.

You cannot charge for giving out supplies- the code is for "occult blood TESTING" (my emphasis), not for "provision of supplies for occult blood testing."
