when you have a flu clinic and the nurse administers the shots do the MD's need to sign the note as well? My memory says yes...??

I am not aware of any such requirement.

We have several clinics every flu season. We have two NP's that administer the shot and have never needed the MD's signature. We have also had our RN and medical technician administer the vaccine.
