Is there a J code for lopessor (metoprolol) or do I use J3490 as unclassified?

I have the new 2010 HCPCS and could not find a J code for that for you...looks like you'll have to use the unspecified code and attach the invoice....sorry.

this is for oral drugs? The dosing mentioned seems to be IV doses.
