Influenza Billing-incident to?
Does any one know if the doctor who is actually billing for an influenza vaccine has to be on site when the vaccine is administered by a nurse? There is a doctor on site in this multiple physician office, but not necessarily the patient's doctor. Can anyone direct me to a source for this answer?
