Supervising Physician

My bariatric surgeon has been asked to monitor TPN and general orders for a patient in an nursing facility. Her PCP will still round, but all orders are being signed by my doc. What can I bill for this?

there is a code for care plan oversight- must be over 30 minutes of work and you need documentation but it only applies to Home Care. For SNF you are out of luck.
