coding Medciare Annual wellness Visit

If I schedule a patient for a AWV and they have chronic conditions I review at the vist as well, can I bill both a G0438 and 99213. IF so, can I have my MA complete the AWV with me supervising in the office since it does not appear to require anything only a physician can do.

there is no requirement for a doctor to do it but you should be on site and review the results
