TPN Therapry

Patient comes to our lab for blood work. The diagnosis is "TPN Therapy". No other diagnosis is provided. Since we are not provided a diagnosis for the underlying condition we have been coding these as V72.69 - other lab examination. Is there a better code we should be using? Thanks.
