11730/11750 help please!

Second request for help please. according to my CPT® "procedure description book". It looks like maybe in the 11730 a digital block is included wheras in the 11750 it doesn't say anything about a digital block. Does anybody know with either code can you add the digital block 64450? Thank you

11750 Includes the anesthesia. 64450 would be used for example: diagnostic injection to block the posterior tibial nerve.
