Workers comp visit code

I am new at having to bill/submit workers comp claims.. I saw a patient today with contact dermatitis (from a chemical).. it was a new patient would guess a level 3. No procedures, just a Rx and no follow up needed. What code should I use?

Try this

692.4- the codes don't change with workman's comp, just the address and the hassle factor.

I love following up on Comp claims. They are so fun!

WorkersComp

I work for a Occupational Health office and we do quite a bit of workers compensation. I find dealing with wc carriers is a lot easier than regular insurance. When you need to call there are usually no delays. Everything is very basic, and almost all of the carriers pay the same amount for visits depending on the level billed.
