Billing primary and secondary
When billing BCBS and Medicare as secondary, would you consider the fee schedule for BCBS or Medicare? In our state BCBC is 59.35 for 99213 and Medicare is 66.13 for 99213

Get out of BC!!! Less than Medicare? OMG! Definitely bill the higher fee
