How to bill OB ultrasound done by sonographer in office.

Our OB physician is wanting to bring a sonographer/ultrasound tech in to the office one or two days a week to do ultrasounds. Our physician will be doing the reading of the ultrasounds. How do I bill for these services? I have searched and cannot find an answer on this.

The tech doing the test is doing the "technical component" and will be billed with the code and a TC modifier. The physician reading the test is doing the "professional component" and will be billed with the same code and modifier 26.
