Human Papilloma Virus (HPV) codes 87623, 87624 and 87625

Does anyone know if you need to bill these codes "as is", or, use a modifier 91 and identify the number of units for all of the different HPV types?

For example, HPV code 87624 reads: HPV, high risk types (e.g., 16, 18, 31, 33, 35, 39, 45, 51, 52, 56, 58, 59, 68).

Do we bill 87624 one line, 87624 (91), the next line with 12 units for a total of 13 genes/types tested listed?

Any assistance or references would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you!

I'd be interested in knowing what others are doing as well on these codes! Hopefully someone will answer...
