Diabetic Weight Check & TB Test Reads

We are a FQHC/ CHC and we have patient's come in solely to have their weight checked, the physician has seen the patient & requested the patient return weekly for monitoring, the patient is already diagnosed with diabetes. It is a Face to Face encounter, the patient is weighed, & weight is documented with appetite & any additional problems noted.

Additionally, we have patient's come back in to have their TB test site's read by the nurse. Site is examined and results are documented in the encounter.
