Allergy, Asthma and spirometry

Hi, I have a patient that was seen in follow up for her allergies. she has "mild intermittent asthma". The doc did a spirometry which turned out better than expected and the patient has not used her allergy meds or inhaler in monthes. What I am getting from the documentation is the spirometry was done as a follow up, not because she was suffering from an asthma attack or because she was having problems with her allergies. Is there a correct follow up code to use for the test? Is it correct to code asthma for the test, even though patient is "quienesent"

yes

She still has asthma so it is valid to use that diagnosis. The patient who controls their diabetes with diet still has diabetes.
